The "Juniormatic" series perform the best in order to achieve the extremely results. This machine is linear, completely automatic and designed to a partial or wrap-around labels onto bottles. They are simple to operate and ideal for small and medium-sized factories.
Features
- Machine is designed and developed within a modular system, thus reducing the required time for changeover of parts and components.
- The length of the rolling-on section with a counter side sponge wall ensures an efficient and smooth application of the label to the container.
- Oscillating label magazines has been designed with no bottle - no label feature.
- The length of the infeed worm has been specifically designed to achieve an excellent bottle/label impact.
- The wet glue station is provided with pneumatic glue feeding pump and is directly connected to the label gluing system for strip label gluing.
Application
- Suitable for bottles and containers of glass, plastic, metal or any other more or less rigid material.
